“With any intense project, there is potential for disaster when it comes to meeting client expectations and deadlines. During work like this, it is critical that a company have employees who can keep the work--and the team--together. As an Associate Producer on my project during one of the most intense projects my company faced, Aryana was the difference between a team that could have melted down and imploded and the very successful team we were because of her. Aryana is one of the most organized, methodical, talented individuals with whom I have ever worked. Her greatest strengths lie in her ability to see the "big picture" for any given project, intuitively and independently plan the pieces, and then very calmly guide the team through each step. When I came onto a very specific project as a Content Lead, I was coming to the project much later than other project leads, and I had a lot to learn about process while also trying to devote my time to content development. Although it should not have fallen to her, Aryana bent over backwards--I'd swear she conjured time from her schedule that couldn't possibly have existed--to patiently guide me through the templates and storyboarding processes the project was using. When I needed assets developed--and then developed again, and again, based on evolving customer demands--Aryana used her genius creativity, combined with her patient flexibility--to produce. Very simply, Aryana delivers. No excuses, just above-and-beyond quality eLearning. She is an asset to any team she joins. ”
